Payment Options
Cash Payment:
For all of our chiropractic services, payment is due at the time care is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:- Cash
- Checks*
- Credit cards (Visa, and MasterCard)
Insurance:
Many insurance plans cover chiropractic care. The amount of coverage for chiropractor visits depends on your individual health insurance policy. We recommend that you verify the details of your insurance coverage before your first visit to our office. You can read your policy, check with your human resources department, or call your insurance member services (which is usually printed on the back of your insurance card). As a courtesy to you, we’ll file your insurance claim and wait for reimbursement, but it’s important to note that your insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. Ultimately, you’re responsible for payment of services, whether or not they’re covered by your insurance policy. We’d be happy to help you understand your insurance coverage, as it pertains to chiropractic care– please contact us if you need assistance.
We accept and bill the following In-Network insurance plans:
- Premera
- Lifewise
- First Choice
- Regence (out-of-network: we will collect time of service fees and bill for you. Regence will then send a check directly to you for their protion.)
For all other plans we will provide a "Superbill" to allow you to bill your own insurance. Payment will be at the time of service and will reflect a 10% time of service discount.
Pre-Paid Packages For Chiropractic Care:
We're pleased to offer discounted chiropractic packages. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
